Pledge to Stand Against Sexual Assault: A Survivor's Strength

  1. My Courage: I acknowledge that continuing my story takes immense courage.

  2. My Worth: I affirm my intrinsic worth and dignity, knowing that what happened to me does not define me.

  3. My Healing Journey: Healing is a personal, ongoing process that I pursue with patience and compassion.

  4. My Right to Support: Seeking help is a sign of strength. I have the right to access healing resources.

  5. My Voice: I recognize the power of my voice and my story.
