Friends Against Family Violence (FAFV) is a community based nonprofit domestic and sexual violence program. FAFV provides advocacy, shelter, rehousing, crisis intervention, education, and prevention in the Tri-County of Uintah, Duchesne, and Daggett. We provide services for women, men, and all gender identities, as well as dependents. All of our services are 100% free and 100% confidential.
Get Help
FAFV can help you if you feel unsafe in your relationship or struggling to heal from domestic and/or sexual violence – the abuse could be current or happened earlier in life.
Abuse manifests itself in many ways, including physically, emotionally, psychologically, financially, and sexually. FAFV can help no matter the type of domestic abuse or when it happened.
Please call FAFV anytime at 435-781-2264 to speak with a trained advocate.
Call 911 if you are in immediate danger.
Additionally, if you or someone you know needs to build skills to form healthy relationships or overcome the effects of trauma, encourage them to attend one of our workshops or support groups.
Give Help
Because of your support, and the support of others in our community, we are able to help survivors escape abuse and start over. Visit the Give Support page to find ways to get involved and support FAFV.
